After the call has been set up, anyone wanting to attend can dial a 
number and use an access code to join the call.

There are national numbers for joining the conference, once it's set up:

Germany: 01805 00 76 09
Spain: 902 886025
UK: 0870 35 204 74
and possibly more that I haven't noted.

It seems to be able to handle conference calls better than Skype.

Even if I can make it for ecom, I won't be in London on the Sunday, but 
if you set up a conference call, I'd like to join it.
